La Vieille Reine [fl. 1721(?)-1750], Tionnontaté principal woman; on June 8, 1721 the grandmother of Sasteratsi lived in the Huron village beside Detroit; La Vieille Reine, who was possibly the step-mother of Chief Sastaretsy, lived in the large village, Isle aux Bois Blancs [Bob-Lo Island], census, 1747 - she was the head of cabin 9 (Lajeunesse: liii, 27, 35-37).

Vocemassussia [fl. 1810-1814], Shawnee/ Chaouanon Nation; related to Tenskwatawa; she married George Ironside Senior, April 1, 1810; mother of George Ironside Junior and four other sons and two daughters; she retreated to Burlington from Amherstburg in 1813, then returned to Amherstburg in 1814 (DCB vol. VI: 340).
